QIMRES Research is a developing knowledge base for molecular modelling and computational biology. It is being structured as a place to publish docking solutions, sequence pipelines, and the documentation needed to adapt them to active research questions.
The focus is not a portfolio of finished images. Each entry should make inputs, assumptions, parameters, controls, outputs, and limitations easy to inspect.
Useful beyond one case
Solutions are framed as reusable patterns, with the conditions that must change for a new target or dataset.
Honest about uncertainty
Scores and predictions are evidence with limits. Controls, failed checks, and interpretation boundaries stay visible.

Content and information architecture first.
The site currently uses static, version-controlled content. Data services and APIs will be introduced only when a real workflow needs structured storage, execution, or programmatic access.
